Seems to be effective!
I prefer to get what I need through food, but the idea of eating liver on a regular basis is not something I can tolerate so supplements it is! I felt pretty good the next day and it is very effective. It has vitamin C in it to help with absorbing the iron as well as B vitamins. I did not notice any bad smells or tastes in this supplement and it seems to be effective. The pill size is not large and it's easy to swallow. As for the strength, it says it has 36 mg of iron and I needed more than most supplements offer.

Improved my low ferritin quickly
My ferritin was 6 . Hematology recommended iron infusions but I asked if I could have a month to supplement first. These bioavailable supplements are easy to swallow, tasteless, and work quickly. My levels went to 31 within first month. Highly recommend if ok with your dr.

Iron with out the bad side effects
Love these so far. they do not bother my stomach, and I am not experiencing any negative side effects, like constipation. I am using just 3 times a week as suggested by my dr. My husband has also started to use them as well.

Nutritious and is actually helping
Love these. There’s no taste or smell like other iron supplements I’ve tried, and the pills are on the smaller side so they’re easier to swallow for anyone who experiences difficulty with that. I have been taking them for a while and I swear my nails are shinier and my metabolism is better.
