A very well made of good silicone pair of moulds for making chocolate hearts. The heart shapes of this mould are deep enough to make them with different extras fillings. Some of my favourites are to add Cheris or Peanuts. I add both crushed peanuts in some and whole peanuts or Cherries in the holes.The silicone is firm enough to hold the chocolate. I fill, tap out air, and put in fridge for a quick set.The fresher the chocolate is to when made, the greater the depth of flavour and aroma notes in every bite. The hearts pop out very easily.The silicone trays are also very easy to wash, and dry for the next batch.

Using these with Fimo clay and they work fine. The clay has to be pretty soft but once they're in it's just like modelling with fondant or similar. I just pop the whole mould into the fridge to make the clay a bit rigid again before taking the hearts out to put into the over to bake and that seems to work fine. Very nice size for what I need and I'm happy with them.
