Dry Direct Super Overnight Underwear

Incredibly soft! So far minimal overnight leaks especially if their booster liner is used.

This is a great product. You can feel assured no matter what. The only thing I don’t like is the tight elastic band around the leg. My solution….clip the elastic!

all disposable underwear doesn’t absorb and they leak. Now companies are making booster pad to help the underwear absorb but they don’t work any better . it’s a scam none of it work disposable diaper companies can make products that absorb and don’t leak. the companies that make incontinence products are cheating their customers. when a person really needs these products to work. i’m tired of wasting my money on trash, because that what these products are trash.

My father in law was having leaking issues with depends with an insert. They just didn't fit him properly. He's 6'1 and only 165 lbs but his hips measure 36". The medium fit him perfectly. Over night was a wash fest, clothing and bedding, but these underwear solve this problem. No more leaks, sleeping better and has a comfortable waistband.

i have tried half a dozen brands, none covers my backside well. Lets face it you're wearing a diaper for a reason and French high cut is not providing full coverage.
