I love this winder...it was advertised as only winding 4 ounces, but it winds up to 10 ounces....i have had zero problems, and especially when I use it with my umbrella winder, it takes only a few minutes, what a time saver! Would highly recommend this winder!

the "ball" is too loose

It works perfectly. I especially love the center pull cakes that it makes and unlike my other winder does not require a separate cone.
