My spouse works in a warehouse in which he needs to wear safety shoes and also be in constant movement and standing, these insoles helped him feel his feet better and work more comfortably.They are of good quality, they give value for your money, totally recommended.

The insoles have helped a little Im still getting pain in my heel on the inside, I tried the support socks along side the insoles but found it made the pain in my feet worse as they so tight they dug in and after a long day at work on my feet was the last thing I needed, but the insoles have helped a bit

I have plantar fascistic and the heel supports in this pack are wonderful. The straps that go across your arch slip all over the place and are uncomfortable and the socks are so tight, you end up taking them off quite quickly as they make your feet hot. Good idea, but the heel support is really the only thing of use.
