The light guard is a seperate piece which doesn't really snap in and hold. In fairness the quest 3 facial insert appears to be built for something to go here. After just a few days of dealing with it I ordered another cover from a different vendor that is a single piece.

This item's pretty dead simple. Nice silicone cover that slips over the built-in fabric one (which, for some, can feel like a brillo pad against your face), a nose clip that took a little work to insert but helps block out more light, and the unsung hero of the pack: a lens protector for when it's stored away on your shelf.Overall it was pretty easy to get in place, again minus the nose piece which took a little work, although I did find that it sometimes slips in ways I can't predict or avoid and blocks the face sensor, suddenly turning my screen black. No idea why, but usually easily fixed. With a little more finagling I might find a solution, but this is annoying enough to knock a star off. The only other issue is, if you're using this with the stock headband or anything that relies on pressure against your face, then this kills breathability, and you WILL get far, far sweatier inside the headset. That's not the fault of this add-on, though, it's just a reality of moving to silicone.And then the lens cover is simple. You can tell it's just cardboard inside, other than the cushioned eyepieces, but there's no reason this has to be fancy or expensive in design. It's a thing that has a clear job, and it does it.

This is a rather simple set. Works fine for what it does. You get a silicon feeling material that just goes over the face cusion. Not sure if I like it yet, but hasn't given me any problems. Then you have something for the nose area to block out additional light, which is useful and works. Then you get some lens cover, which I like. Helps protects the lens when not in use and fits fine in my Quest 3.

Reviews of items like this are subjective.It fit my quest fine and was easy to install. That said, its not something I found as useful as I ahd hoped and not a reflection of the product, as I said, subjective. For me the original pad is cooler. The pad cover will protect your original pad from sweat if others use your Quest 3. I didnt find the nose piece blocked a lot of light and I am not likely to use the inside cover.This is more a reflection of my facial build and preference than any issue with the product. I gave it 4 starts becasue if its soemthing you will appreciate and it fits you well or you share your Quest 3 with other family members or friends, then it will be a five star for you!

So you get three items that work in tandem, or alone for your new headset. Because of all of the design changes between the previous generation headset, anything you had purchased will not fit. The new offerings are slim at the moment from third-party, but should be readily available soon enough.As several others have already stated, everything basically fits into place. If it doesn’t seem to be fitting correctly, just shift things around a bit and it should be quite snug and hold its shape. This includes the nose piece. As well as the main silicone mask guard.One thing I do like is that the nose guard does stay in place once you have it on the headset. Even though the nose card feels a bit wonky unlike others, I found the light bleed to be almost completely negated when I had the nose guard in place.It seems a tad costly at $20 MSRP, considering what you get but, it is worth a look.

I'm torn on this one. As a silicone cover it definitely does the job stopping the sweat, but because it's not breathable it also makes me sweat faster than the normal pads. If you're okay sweating sooner but really want to keep your Quest looking nice, something like this is a must. I prefer the silicone inserts that replace the cushion instead of just cover it, but these do cost less.

The media could not be loaded.  Reviewing Vakdon Silicone Face pad for Quest 3. I find the facial pad on the Quest 3 very uncomfortable and unhygienic. I wanted a silicone liner to go over it, like I have for the Quest 2. This liner is a perfect fit, is silicone as advertised, and comes with lens covers to protect your lens when not in use, in addition to a nose piece that blocks the light.The liner is quick and easy to put on, as you can see in the video. I’ve taken the headstrap off for the video so you can see the fit better, but it goes on the headset just as easily with the headstrap on. There’s no reason to take the headstrap off for any of these pieces.The light through the nose doesn’t bother me like it does some people so that piece isn’t as useful for me, but it does work. I still some light through the bottom of the mask with the nose piece in place, but it is substantially less. The lens protector is great to prevent dust and debris from getting on your lenses when not in use and is a perfect fit.I am removing one star because the first time I removed the light blocker from the headset, the silicone came off and the plastic clip stayed attached to the headset. It was easy to put it back on, but just remember if you want to remove it from your headset to clean it, grab the plastic part of the nose blocker and not the silicone itself.

This fits everything nicely and makes me less worried about the lenses getting scratched in the case. The nosepiece blocks light for me, but my husband removes it when he plays because he says it doesn’t do anything for him. I wear glasses and he doesn’t, so I wonder if that’s the difference.The face pad cover protects the cloth cover from the grossness that is sweat, but it when I play very physical games, it makes me sweat much more and it’s kind of gross itself. Still, I’d rather wipe this off than put away a headset dripping with sweat!I like it overall, but predict we’ll end up taking it off in the long run and just using the lens protector when we put it away.

I purchased this mainly for the silicon cover. I put it over the Quest 3 face cushion but it doesn't fit. I think my cover was too loose. It just came in plastic bags and there were no instructions, since the items didn't fit properly I didn't know if I had put them in wrong.I am curious why there are so many high reviews for this product. I researched many for a couple of weeks, in theory these sounded perfect for this price but there were lots of downsides. I might not end up using any of these.Silicon cover Fit : 2⭐● The 2 ends keeps coming off at the bottom and doesn't sit well.● If you have glasses, every time you take the headset off the silicon cover catches the glasses and it takes off the glasses. I have very thin frames and it keeps catching my glasses.● It collects so much dust! First the first few minutes I kept trying to clean the dust and hair off it as it was attracting everything. I have to trying to clean the dust and hair off it because every few minutes something would stick to it. Maybe it has a lot of static?Eye lens cover : 3⭐ If you put the silicon cover on, the eye lens cover will not fit. You have to bend it and squash it so it's curved to fit. Then it's really difficult to remove without the silicon cover coming out also.Clip ?⭐ Didn't try it because wasn't concerned about the gap.

Does what it says on the tin. Fits onto my MQ3 snugly and hasn’t come off or loose during use.

Works well with my Quest 3 headset, easy to install, so pretty happy with my purchase.
