I love it, it protects my bag so well. My issue is that my family ordered 3 of them. The smallest doesn't have the outside pocket but the PM and GM size do have outside pockets. The GM got an insert for the outside pocket but the PM didn’t, i hope the can send it to me.

Oh my gosh! I rarely post reviews and usually they are negative when something I buy is terrible but this is the best thing I've ever bought on Amazon! It fits in my Hermes purse perfectly! It's the perfect color match! And it's very sturdy and the detachable top zipper is super! Extremely well-made and durable! The best thing I've ever ever bought on Amazon for real! And I buy a lot on here lol

Divitze product delivered what it promises. It’s super easy to snuggle inside and fits my purse perfectly. Not only It helps organize, it also can maintain the purse shape(2nd photo). I especially love the detachable zipper(last photo) which provides extra layer of protection to keep all the stuff safely inside. Love it.

The insert is too large for the 2024 dimensions.However… in connecting with the vendor, they are correcting this issue and taking care of a new item. Amazing customer service!!!!
