Q.MaxSheet Metal Punch - 22.5mm QMA225M

I used this to cut 16 holes and the punch still felt sharp on the last like it did on the first. I used a long arm Alan key which made cutting easier. A short arm Alan key may work but would be tough on your hands. It recommends as 12mm pilot hole but I used a 10mm to ensure all the holes lined up perfectly. This did however require the use of a round file to open the hole out by a fraction so that the cutter shank dit through.

Not tried the punch yet, but it turned reasonably quickly.

With the 22.5 mm, you make the perfect hole for insert industrial (rotary or Push Button) switch or Indicator Signal Lamp Light.

Excellent bit of kit for the money. Bought as a replacement for one that got "borrowed". I build valve amps as a hobby, and this is one of my most useful bits of tackle.

I have found it is good quality I have not used yet but I am sure it will work well.
