Heat in a Click Reusable Muscle Warm and Cold Heat Pad

I bought this to help with low back pain and sciatica, very hard to click to get it to heat, when it does heat it lasts 10 minutes and not 75 minutes as it states on instructions, also once you want to reuse you have to boil water with cloth in bottom of pan and boil till crystals clear before reuse which took about 15 minutes, worst thing I have bought

I bought this to use as a bit warmer for my horse and it works perfectly for that and it is also good for its intended purpose. I use it inside a Back in Track back brace.
