For the price, can't complain too much
I'm conflicted about this product, so I'm going to leave a review as a set of pros and cons to make my thoughts clearer. I bought two boxes.Pros:+ Arrived several days earlier than anticipated+ Is cheaper than some of the other sets, and more in line with the prices Americans seem to be paying for the same product ($14 or so).+ Received a Worg and a Black Pudding as the 'large' creatures. Not what I was looking for, but have given me new ideas for adventures.+ The paintjob isn't as bad as I'd been led to believe, even on the small/medium common miniatures.+ The excitement about opening a random selection pack never goes away... so I bought 2 more packs.Cons:- One of the models arrived broken (Bugbear with arm fallen off).- Out of 8 models, I didn't really get any I actually wanted. Worse, several (Giant Rat, Gnoll, Bugbear) are things that I would mostly use as pack creatures, meaning a single model is of less use. I personally think the giant rat should be packaged as a pair given how unlikely the miniature is to be used on its own.- The problem with PC figures (I received a human cleric and elf fighter) is that they have specific looks, and so are unlikely to be useful for long-term players; as enemies, they're restrictive in appearance and so on. I know the idea of D&D is imagination, but if you're buying miniatures as stand-ins it'd be nice to have more options.- Weapons on the gnoll and human cleric are flimsy and bent as a result. I'm currently working on fixing them in position, but it's unnecessary hassle.

Four Stars but could improve
For the pricing of this item i would consider it being good value, as most miniatures would cost you around £5 for 1 or 2 this make up for the pricing by removing the annoying painting process but if it appeals more to you this might not be the product for you. In a box you tend to get three small/medium minis and one large mini. The one down side is that it can get addicting to purchase these in the hope of getting them rare/ultra rare minis you could say its like opening yugioh or pokemon card packs and can cause you to buy a lot. Overall satisfied with what i got and cant wait to introduce the minis into the campaign that i have in the works

Good but expensive.
The models themselves are a great purchase, however for the size of them the cost is a bit much

One came bent, another was missing an arm
Good little miniatures, painted well, but one came bent on the base and another was missing an arm

Unfortunately you don’t know what figures you’re getting, despite photos on the side of the box. I wouldn’t buy another for that reason.

Good product
The product contained 4 miniatures as usual for the icons of the realms. It contained 4 miniatures that are generally useful for games and can easily slot in to any collection. Good paint scheme.
