Q: how does this brand compare to the matimati brand of bandana bibs? is this more absorbent?

I think they are very comparable or even better. You can't tell when they are wet. Theses bandana bibs also have the soft fleece on the inside to keep baby dry. These bibs are awesome. I think these are very absorbent.

Q: Do you have confirmation that the product is made from organic cotton?

We have a Transaction Certificate For Textile Processed According to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) that confirms the cotton used in our bandanas is Organic Cotton.

Q: Are these backed with soft fleece like material?

Yes, they are. Incredibly soft, amazing bibs.

Q: Does anyone know if these bibs are colorfast? I was hoping to bleach the ones with the white backing since they stain after several uses.

Thank you for your interest! We do not recommend bleaching the bandanas as it is likely that the colors will fade.
