Poor Workmanship
I have used this twice and both times the dough stuck to the elastic cover. The bottom circular piece of fabric is sewn together with a L O N G stitch and now it has come apart. UGH. My expectation is that this should be more durable. The bowl scraper was included. It is flimsy and already shows its poor workmanship. I am returning this whole shebang.
