This is a cute little toy for a little kid.
Ordered for Christmas gift, but when it arrived, I thought it was missing the front wheel that makes it move around and spin. It lit up and played music, but couldn't move without the front wheel. Returned for an another one. When I received the second one, It was identical to the last one. I kept trying to find out if I was doing something wrong. When I took a closer look at all the pics they showed on Amazon, I noticed in one photo, they lifted off the blue ring around the front wheel area. I lifted up and it came off and there was the wheel! I guess they put that ring on it for safely shipping I guess. But after that, it worked just fine. Glad I didn't send this one back.

Not what you think
My grandson was so disappointed when we got it opened and put batteries in it and it just made noise and had lights. It doesn't move it doesn't roll the wheels are stationary. What a shame. I'd return it but my daughter wouldn't let me.Wouldn't recommend

Same song OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER
REMOVE THE BLUE RING AROUND THE BOTTOM TO MAKE IT MOVE. No instructions. It would’ve been nice to not have to search to see how to make it work. My biggest complaint though is the music. Goodness… same beat and incomprehensible vocals every 10 seconds. My son loves it though which is what matters. I do like how it will readjust if it runs into something.
