This Launch product works exactly as is described. It is very fast in it's operation, has a long lasting battery, and it's capabilities are more than I expected. Easy to navigate through all its functions and value for money as a Bi-directional Scanner.

Awesome scanner
Scanner is easy to use, has lots of functionality that comes in really handy for diy repairs. It saves you a lot of money and headache of having to take your car to the dealer. Basically pays for itself the first time you have to use it! Way better than the smaller Bluetooth dtc readers

Best for DIY's!
For any DIY garage mechanic this tool is easy to navigate and utilize for self diagnosis. Various available functions individualized for each vehicle based on features, easy startup, and step by step instructions. World definitely recommend for average at home mechanics!

Doesn't Unlock SGW - Worthless
Update: The store we purchased from is no longer selling this scanner so the company itself (directly from China) contacted us asking to remedy the situation. We agreed but then they stopped responding. So now we have a pretty worthless scanner with no customer support. Not at all pleased with Launch or their products.It says it will open SGW but it does not. You have to log in to autoauth to register but this scanner is not even on their list so you can’t use this scanner to bypass the SGW for certain vehicles 2018 and up. Cannot clear codes either.Works fine to read codes and for other applications.

Extremely sophisticated tool for the price.
So far I'm pretty impressed with the tool. I'll update this more when I gain more experiences with it. Very complete and came well packed with a very nice case.
