Great ebike
I purchased this Doulve ebike two weeks ago, but due to no comments, I have been in a tense state. I can't wait to assemble it after receiving it. Its speed quickly reached 30MPH+, and the front and rear shelves can hold a lots of goods. The ZM24 has two batteries and can reach up to 40 miles. In summary, my best choice for outdoor travel

User manual is useless, you have to be a weight lifter to pick it up
Just getting it out of the box was a chore, the user manual is the worst use of paper, the bike weighs a ton,it cost a lot of $$, can't lift it into the car to return it

Update: Issues with Rain and Moisture Intrusion
Update: I have had the bike stored outside, with a bike cover over it. The control panel started to get moisture inside of it, but I thought that it would be okay anyway. After a few days it quit turning on. The batteries are both charged up, the lights and horn work, but the controller doesn't come on, so it doesn't work. I'm not sure how to get a hold of the seller to get another controller for it. I'll update this issue later...-Original Review-This isn't a bike you get because it's pretty. You get it for its utility and quality. It is well built. It runs nicely, is reasonably fast, and has a lot of range. The baskets are strongly built and can handle a lot. The front headlight is pretty good for what it is, as the tail light. It has a brake light, which is okay, and it also has rear turn signals, which are toy-like and not too useful. If you want to ride this in traffic I would add more lights for your visibility.Speaking of riding, this bike is not very stable. It is okay on the road, but doesn't feel very stable in turns. I believe that this is due to the smaller diameter, fat tires it has. Riding on concrete, it feels like it either wants to keep rolling over in the turn, or the tires are starting to lose grip, or maybe it is some frame flexing. This might be because I had it loaded down quite heavily, or maybe it needs better tires for the street. I feel quite comfortable riding it in a straight line, but not so comfortable in a turn, so I have been riding it a little conservatively through the turns.Overall, I like it and can recommend it to others. Just don't race it or slalom in it!

No issues up until now.
This was purchased for my teenager to gain more autonomy (and to stop me from continually driving him around). He uses it to travel to and from school. The school is roughly 4.5 kilometers from our house in the next city, where we live up a very steep hill. I wanted to be sure that whatever we ordered would have enough ooph to carry him up the hill to his house.

I got the basket late but I’m glad I got them
I dislike that I didn’t get the baskets
