I bought these for my daughter who is a student nurse. As she has very problematic feet after a bunion operation, these shoes are just what she needs when she is on shift. The mules themselves are the usual great Birkenstock quality.Supersoft leather on top, the cork sole has an extra layer of latex in between which is working like a shock - absorber.Walking in these shoes is very comfy and even after a 13 hr shift the feet are still not too sore.However, the infection control lady at the hospital my daughter is working is adamant that my daughter is no longer allowed to wear them because of the exposed cork!!!!! According to her the rist of infection is too high. She does however not see any problems with other nurses wearing trainers. Pathetic.

I chose these because I was recovering from bunion surgery and they wouldn't put any pressure on the recovering area. They're so comfortable and I have no problems with over-pronation.

I love Birkenstocks but these are a little on the large side.

The quality of the materials is good but they are not suitable to work more than 5 hours (for chef) they are really uncomfortable.

Very comfortable straight out of the box (your mileage may vary).

These are the most comfortable work shoes I have ever owned.

I am very happy with my Birkenstock clogs. I wear them casually to work (I work in an environment where you can’t have open toes) and they look great, while providing comfort for a day on my feet, walking. The strap adds extra security, but doesn’t rub. No blisters!

Was a gift for my daughter. She loved it.
