If you have Plantar fasciitis real bad these are not going to cure you. They will help greatly once you have been stretching the inflamed tissue. Go online and look up exercises to stretch the tissue. Exercise 5, 6, or more times a day. It only takes 5 minutes each time to feel a difference. Also one or two Ibuprofen a day will help reduce the inflammation.

I found it a bit hard to trim down these inserts to fit inside my shoes. They are thick. This is great on your heels, but my toes are crammed against the top of my shoes. If you wear boots, this may not be a problem. For ladies' tennis shoes it is (for me at least).The inserts are well made and have significant cushioning for bone spurs on the heel. Trimming the fronts tends to promote 'moving around' within your shoes.

My husband says these help his feet not hurt as bad when wearing work boots.

I've spent a fortune on trying to find insoles that actually work. Huge difference. My dogs don't bark any more.My only issue is that it makes my shoes a bit tight. I have high insteps but other than that, they really help and are really well made. Sturdy as hell.

are you kidding me, these are just regular insoles. nothing special. not good for me so i recycle them to a friend who is using them.
