Great quality product. Become hot in 1st used with bed smell and then came to know by reading via instruction manual the correcr way to use and then did not face such issue again. Did the job as described.

Plastic lid broken and in pieces.
The lid was broken and in pieces when I opened the box. Very disapointing. The lid is stuck. Even a single star is not worth.
