I kept popping my arm with the bow string. Boy, is that painful! This has greatly helped! Fits a woman well.

Glove is barely adequate for average sized adult male hands--the velcro closure when stretched barely makes enough contact to be secured. But the glove is usable. The arm guard is stiff from end to end (not hard plastic but some stiff man-made material). It is not soft at the ends. I am 6' tall and the guard is too long for my arm even when I remove my wristwatch. The guard bites into my wrist when I am walking or moving my arm. If I slide it up to spare my wrist, the other end bites into my arm right at the elbow fold. A lot of people have arms shorter than mine. The guard should have been designed with 3/4 inch flexible fabric at both ends, thick enough to protect but flexible enough not to bite. I will be shopping for a different guard.

Great quality arm protector. I've use many in my life, and these are the best quality I have experienced. Tons of adjustment capabilities which make shooting with it a pleasure. I forget I have it on, it's so comfortable.Recommended

Got this for my little one so she could learn how to shoot a bow without the pain of the bow slapping her forearm. And I can say it works nice. You put it on like an normal glove except it has the added benefit of protecting you from the slap back of the bow. Not to mention it makes her look cool. Her words not mine! Highly recommend!
