The pen is mightier.
I bought this for my granddaughter as a gift for her passing the N.I. transfer test for Grammar school. She loves it and says it is the perfect colour and easy to use. A good choice I believe.

Okay but that's all REVISED TO: ok, it's grown on me and I love it!
I have the twist version of this pen and the quality and weight are incredible. On this basis I decided to get the 'clicky' version to add to another planner. The weight and quality just isn't present. This is essentially a different shaped jotter pen with a higher price tag. Am I disappointed? Yes. Enough to send it back? Nah, it's ok but nothing special. If you're torn between this and the twist version DEFINITELY go with the twist. For a few more pounds you will get a much classier pen and more expensive feeling writing experience.Edit: I've used this for a while and it's very grown on me so in fairness I'm adding to this review.Does it feel as expensive as the twist version? No.Does it write really well and the wider barrel at the end help with those who grip too tightly when they write (looking at you, fellow dyslexics/asd/ADHD people, lol)? Yes. Yes it does.Is it easily one of my favourite pens to write with consistently? Yes.Do I want another one? Yes I do!Does it annoy me a bit I have to pay more for a 'plump' jotter? Yes, but I'll probably get one anyway because hand comfort is worth it's weight in gold when you're a teacher marking work.

Beautiful pen
I have been a big fan of the Parker pens for years. They have a good weight, good grip and write beautifully.I love that Parker are doing some really lovely colours now. I think I will be adding to my collection.

Nice
This was a gift for a good friend. The pen arrived in time, well protected in Amazon card-box. The pen looks very good in hand, came with Parker presentation gift-box. All in one: 5*.

Great wee writer
It has more of a plastic feeling than I expected but after a while, I came to really like it. The clip has scratched the pen as it moves slightly, but that's a minor cosmetic issue. Writes great, would prefer it to be a touch heavier, but is my go-to day to day pen.

What have you done Parker ???
This seems top be the first review from someone who wasn't provided with this pen for free so please bear that in mind if my opinions don't match those.I bought this to replace a lost Urban pen (of the old design), not realising just how much Parker had changed the design. The old Urban used to be a chunky, heavy pen, made of laquer coted brass and chrome/steel, with some having etchings directly into the metal barrel. It was pretty well made for a budget pen and the bullet type shape sat nicely in the hand. They cost £10 - £15 and were good value for money. This one is somewhat different - it seems to be all plastic (though the barrel might be laquer coated brass - it doesn't really feel it). It's replaced the twist mechanism with a pressed metal button (i.e. cheap) and the previous metalic nose section is now black plastic. The curves are still there, but it's not as curvy as the old model. You can tell there's far less metal as it weights much less than the original pen. The finish isn't to Parker's usual standard (there's gaps round the clip for example) and signs of cost cutting abound. This wouldn't be so bad, but, along with a reduction in the metal content (or increase in plastic content if you prefer), Parker have moved this definitely away from budget pricing as it's now doubled to around £30.While the blue is a nice colour and the feel is okay I feel this would be over priced at half the price - it's very similar to the old (budget) Vector range and appears to be made of less costly materials than the much cheaper IM range. So, a big thumbs down all round. My advice would be to look at other pens - there are many that'll give the same writing experience, of equal or better material quality and a lower price.3 Stars as it writes well and looks pretty in blue. 2 Stars for the more dreary colours.

I love the way it writes!
I love everything about this Parker Urban Ballpoint Pen. I really love the way it writes. I had one when I was in high school and when other pens couldn’t do what I needed them to do. The Parker Urban Ballpoint always got the job done.

Bonne qualité et beau
J'aime beaucoup cette marque qui est de bonne qualité. Le stylo est élégant mais sobre. Les mines sont bien aussi, remplaçables, ce qui est important pour moi :)

Looks Good but not great and quality also
Pen looks Good but only problem is that it state metal pen but problem is whole pen body is not in metal only half is in metal and lower part ie from were we open to insert refill part is in plastic(black). And the most important when we order a costly pen the refill in it also is also not good it looks old refill and its ink is dull and light
