The book is fantastic I can’t put it down till I finish reading
I like the history of scrapple making. I also like to see how they make it and the ingredients. It’s very good reading.

A Look at the staple breakfast food of Pennsylvania!
Pennsylvania Scrapple. A breakfast staple food that is indigenous to the state of Pennsylvania. This is one of those regional specialties that I certainly wouldn't mind trying for the sake of trying to eat something new and unfamiliar to my palate. Author Amy Strauss had written an interesting and informative book about Scrapple. Perhaps one of these days; because of this book, I may have to order some cans of Scrapple, and cook it and eat it for myself and my brother!

Scrapple it’s not what you think
Love the book it highlights one of my favorite breakfast foods, I’ve been eating most of my life and I think the book describes quite aptly how the delicacy is made and dispels the myths about it. I thought it was wonderful interesting couldn’t put it down

Enjoyed subject matter. Could have used editing and spell check. Arrived earlier. All good.

A must read for scrapple fans.
Well written and very informative. I read the whole book and then bought another copy for a gift to my daughter. I also made my own scrapple based on what Amy described in the book. It wasn't as good as RAPA but OK.
