I ordered Suvita Ayurvedic because of the wonderful ingredients and because it was a hundred percent herbal. I have felt absolutely incredible after taking this for just one week. Trust and believe I will be ordering more of this and telling everyone about it!!! I will say it’s helpful to try to do a cleanse first since it could cause mild cramping, only because I feel these pure herbs may be fighting with the junk in our systems. I do a mild 15 day cleanse by Vitalabs every six months. Keeps the intestines and colon clean from toxins and built up poop on our intestinal walls. Pure herbs work best in a clean body.

We got this for my husband's dizzy spells and it has worked well - cut down the spells from 2 or 3 a day to 2 or 3 a week. I also took one on a night when my insomnia was very bad and I could feel myself relaxing within minutes of taking the capsule. So now we both use it.

I have been searching for a digestive enzyme that would work for years. This product is the best! I no longer have to worry about bloating after every meal even after I drink caffeinated products. It does cause gas temporarily but that is because it is working. IT really works. My entire body is reaping benefits. I saw results after the first two days. BUY BUY BUY!

I purchased this for my daughter who has recently been having anxiety(she's 21). We would not want her to have prescription meds so after research I ordered these. They just arrived last night 6/14/18 and I told my daughter to add them to her supplements. She just emailed me today (6/15/18) and said these are amazing. She confessed she was feeling very anxiety before taking them as she had some new tasks at work. After taking one she said she feels clear, calm, no anxious thoughts. She said "everything feels so clean and clear now. I don't know what's in this pill but it make me feel amazing". Thank you so much. For clarification I have had her taking Holy Basil and Rodiola supplements for the last 4 weeks. I had ordered these and Ashwagandha and each of these pills was added to the other two today so I can not be sure whether or not the Ashwagandha or the Suvita was the one she is singing the praises of but I will take her word that she's feeling awesome today and I am so happy.
