It works well, but cools off in 30 min, and not 2 hours as promised

Very bed experience with this product. .yes its working with a single click but single pad only heating maximum 5 to 7 minute. .or reached maximum temperature 25 to 30° only...so I suggest if you want purchase this product for winter its not working good...yes this product readable but in my opinion not worth it at this price I pay for thik 599rs

Content are very less. It remains heated only for abt 10 mins. It is a cumbersome process to put in original condition.

The jelly once crystalizes it warms upto 20-30 min. For reuse need to keep this jelly in boiling water. This is only tedeous work, else product is fine.
