Raw shea butter has a very strong smell to it, so just beware if you're making soap or lotion. Also, the lid on mine came cracked in half so it's not really able to stay fresh.

This is exactly what I needed to make my essential oil chap stick. It came in a very large tub and easy to open. No odd smells and filled to the very top. I was excited when I was able to find a tub this big to make ALL of my chapsticks and body rubs.
