Olive Wood Large Cutting Board (Olive Wood 15.5" Rectangular Cutting Board)

I loved the board right out of the box. Olive wood is remarkable..however, within 4 days, my board warped...rocks back & forth. It was kept on a granite surface, and even if it wasn’t, olive wood should not do this. Don’t understand

The cutting board was very rough. You could see the swirl marks (not from sand paper). There was a knot that had a sharp edge. I needed to use a file (not sand paper) to fix it so nobody would cut their hands when using. It was smaller than stated. I don't mind the roughness of the finish job, I can fix that. But I really wanted a larger board.

The wood looks beautiful and good quality but it was smaller than stated. In that case I'm very disappointed.

The olive wood is so pretty. I'm very happy with this.

Not as pictured--don't be fooled!If you order the cutting board with crumb catcher, you will not receive anything like the lovely picture, but a product that is falling apart, unappealing, and not at all worth your money! Don't waste your time. Choose another product.

I have never written a review before but feel compelled to do so now. I searched for hard wood bread boards vs bamboo thinking it would be a better quality and construction. Much to my disappointment, the item arrived in the amazon box in an open plastic bag with the wood slats unattached in several places. Small sharp nails were protruding and had fallen out or were missing. Extremely poor workmanship and on top of that the slats were rounded and not flush to the outer edges. Looked like something a kindergartner made. No stars would have been more appropriate.
