These are perfect for helping those sore muscles. The material is so soft and can wrap around your arm or leg quite well. Plus they stay cold for a good amount of time.

I sprained my knee, and I bought 2 of these. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It works great and gives you 360 degree cold or hot coverage and fits like having a sleeve on your knee. Great design!!!!

The sleeves come in a very nice little case to keep smells from fridge out. They fit well and are comfy. They only stay usefully cold for about an hour or less. Now, maybe we should try it in the freezer, but the directions did not say that, so a little worried we would ruin it by putting in freezer. If anyone knows if these hold up in freezer, please comment. Thanks.

Wow, these things are super cold, like nothing I've ever used before. Lasts fairly long as well. Holds form and comfortable to wear.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband and I both suffer from tendinitis of the knees and he also has “tennis elbow”. We have been advised by ortho to ice or heat the areas as needed. It isn’t very comfortable or portable to hold ice bags or heating pads on the area. Finding these knee and elbow sleeves was such a score! They came packaged nicely, and the added silicone storage bag was a thoughtful bonus. Now they can store in the freezer in between uses. It was easy to microwave, just be sure to check it after 30 second intervals. They easily slide onto both of our bodies. I would say you would still be most comfortable at rest using them as the knee one tends to slide down a bit but you should be resting anyway I would think. Great to have on hand!

Purchased these ice packs to help me recover from workouts and golf driving range sessions. Upon unboxing the first thing I noticed was the ice packs are made of high quality stretch material that that feels good on my skin and are built to last. The package includes a thick plastic pouch to help reduce the effects of the harsh climate of the freezer. I use the elbow ice pack because I suffer from tennis elbow despite never playing tennis, however my elbow gets inflamed after I hit golf balls at the range and thus ice pack helps alleviate the pain and swelling in my elbow. I use the knee ice pack after a long bike ride or a run in the park and it works just as good on my knees than it does on my cranky elbow. Buy with confidence these ice packs are defiantly worth the money.

I was a bit disappointed to realize that you get one elbow sleeve and one knee sleeve instead of two of the same. I do not need a knee sleeve and thought I'd get 2 elbow sleeves. That being said the elbow sleeve fits well and gets really cold but does not stay warm for long when heated. The knee sleeve is kind of a waste for me and is too big to use on my arm.
