I think the picture says it all
3 filters (not 3 packs, 3 filters), a poorly sanded wooden pipe, no instructions, no help card, not worth £40. Have requested my money back because genuinely I could make this myself for a quid. I was genuinely excited for this. I actually thought that maybe, just maybe after smoking for 24+ years, and struggling to quit for 15, I'd found something that would actually help, that I could use to wean me off. Instead I've found a product that is so poorly made I'm genuinely scared to use it, for fear that the wood will splinter into my mouth since it hasn't been sanded or sealed properly. Please, don't waste your money. I've asked for the product they offered, or a refund, I don't care which.

Absolute rip off! A piece of wood with three cotton bud things is the only way I can describe this that also had nothing of what it showed on the advert. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!

Holy wow this is an awful product. I’d feel ripped off paying £4 let alone £40. It’s literally a piece of wood you suck through. With 30 minutes and a good forage in the garden you can replicate this product and you’d feel more accomplished because of it.Also you don’t get 3 packs of sticks, you get 3 sticks.I know this is meant to be a substitute for smokers, but guys just get the 2 crisp £20 notes you’d have spent on this and either blend them or donate them. Absolute joke.The product arrived at 15:36 Friday afternoon and by 14:00 I’d shipped it back for a refund.

Good value does the job
Actually quite like it and stops me vaping to much hoping to fully quit vaping to these, I’m using with a peppermint oil and tastes great, I would recommend

Absolutely terrible.
No instructions and very poor quality. I’d earthed have spent the money on cigarettes.I’ll never buy this product again. Totally useless.
