For the price this is an excellent expresso maker. Both the expresso and creating of the foam was easy. Size is comparable to my standard Keurig. I will note when you first use a few times you must get used to how much pull you need to add and remove the filter handle/holder due to the suction that is needed to brew. I also wish they didn’t use their own box as your neighbors or porch pirates can see what is being left at your door. The maker itself is perfect! Enjoy and good luck!

The media could not be loaded.  This espresso machine is fun in the beginning, however after less than 2 months of use our machine overheated, causing the rim/seal on top of the device to crack open and water to no longer come out of the machine. When turned on, the top of the machine gets WAY hotter than it did originally out of the box (out of the box the top would get a little warm, but now is too hot to touch), and steam vents out from the popped rim. Ordered a replacement device, only for that the new device to ALSO arrive broken. I searched for almost an hour for a way to contact the seller via Amazon or via a website, but have been unable to find the manufacturer or information about a warranty anywhere online. I'm now left with two non-functioning espresso machines from this brand. At least one of them is still within the return window, but for the other one it looks like I'm out the $100+ I spent on it. I know this thing looks cute but it appears to be extremely cheaply made, and if I got two defective devices in a row... well... you can guess what the rest of the product supply might look like. I wish there was a clearer way to contact directly the seller instead of the useless amazon chat bot.

It's small enough to stand in any storage closet in the kitchen.2. fast. I was using a Gaggia Classic Pro, which was pretty good. but the pre-heat time for the Gaggia was almost 5 min. but for this little machine, I only need to wait for around 1min to start extracting or frothing.3. easy to use. only press one button, and that would be all!4. all necessary accessaries are included5. easy to clean.6. BUDGET!!!Cons:1. light weight. it's pretty light compared to the Gaggia, so it moves easily when I get the portafilter out.2. extracting time. I would expect 30 seconds for a well-extracted double shot espresso.3. lack of "customized" control. like pro#3 and con#2, you only need to push a button to start the machine, which is super convenient. but at the same time, it equals to "i can not 100% control the extracting time". if you are an expert who wants a fancy espresso machine with full control, then I would not recommend to buy this. (however, such a professional machine is usually $$$$)Also, if you use the double-shot basket, 16 grams of fine powder should be almost good enough. you'll get around 60 grams of coffee by pressing "double shot" button. I highly recommend to use "single shot" for a regular espresso.

Makes a decent cappuccino. I do heat the milk before frothing as it will cool down my beverage otherwise. I like the water reservoir and I particularly like the size of the machine as it fits easily in a small space on my counter.

Makes great espresso, cappuccino, & other coffees. The part that you put the coffee into is somewhat difficult to get on until you really get the knack of it. The foamer is a bit of a pain to clean as it's a larger opening than my previous machine, but it makes great foam so it's more than worth it. I would very much recommend.12/22/23. Very happy with the machine but I'm very concerned that in less than 2 months that the machine is rusting.2/17/2024 I had issues with water leakage. I thought it was my husband overfilling it. Then, a couple of days ago, I found water leaking out the bottom where the base & the side come together. Although it was a small amount, I realized it wasn't my husband. As you can see from the picture above with my finger into the water container, it certainly isn't overfilled as my finger isn't even wet. You can also see that the counter is soaking wet. Although it was well past the 30 day window, the company was gracious to allow me to return the defective unit & reorder a new unit.

The machine needed excessive force to get the coffee basket to lock into the machine for it to brew. I basically had to pin the machine against the kitchen wall for it to lock It could not hold the amount of coffee specified in the instructions and the instructions dictate less coffee grams that the recommended amount for espresso. The coffee brewed was under extracted and tasted not like espresso, but like regular black coffee. The pressure gauge never reached espresso levels. Yes, I do own a burr grinder so the grind was fine. I did work as a barista and was well aware that the machine was not going to achieve exceptional espresso quality at the price and quality, but I was hoping to get something decent at a price that would not break the bank.

The media could not be loaded.  Stopped working about 3 months in. Made great espresso and frothed milk. Started smoking and got so hot the top warped. Disappointed it only lasted 3 months!

The overall appearance is very good, the operation is very simple and uncomplicated, the size is reasonable and does not take up space, and the color is also very beautiful. When I have free time, I can drink a cup of coffee to relax myself. The logistics speed is also very fast. Overall, it is quite good. Quite satisfied.
