Seems to work okay, but ....
I’ve been wanting a video door bell for some time that did not depend on wifi nor require a phone to view. This one seemed to fit the bill. The problem is ... how do you get it wired into your house? I spotted the Amazon service “deal” where they set you up with someone to do a professional install. Well, that should NOT be indicated available for this product. I awaited the install day ... it was all set up. The installer called on schedule, but once he determined this wasn’t just a simple door bell replacement and required wires run, I was informed that they do not perform this service. The long and short of it—I managed to install the device — very amateur, (running wires through walls is beyond me, so I just ran it straight through to the laundry room), but it seems to work. There are a couple of design flaws. It has a small plastic post that you slip between the door bell and it’s bracket before securing the bell to the bracket. This is to allow you to angle it to suit your configuration. Unfortunately the connector pins do not meet up with the wires which are secured to the bracket if the angle post is installed. Fortunately I didn’t need to angle it. They include plenty of electrical wire so the door bell can be a long way from the monitor, but the power cord is woefully short. The manual is a bit sketchy. Other than that it’s an okay product. I see it’s now not available, so perhaps they’ve taken it off the market.

Sound quality is okay. Video quality is just the worst. I've tried different cables and checked all the setting, also on a very short distance. It's like a video with one of the first cell phones from 1999. Of corse the advertise pictures looks great..

awesome doorbell!
Item works as expected. however, It might need to be professional installed. We have mess around with it for awhile and just can't get it to work. therefore, I would highly suggest to hire someone professional install it. item arrived in a huge box. it is well packed. once all has been set-up, its super nice. it give you a video conference everytime when someone in front of your door.
