The item itself for the price is good, however the use itself is difficult and overall I am not happy. You cannot really use it for sports.Would have returned it, but for hygienic reasons, I will just use it at home.Pros- flexible item, as the wire in the back is thin- connects easily- fits into the ear very well, sound quality is good- it is easy to handle the buttonsCons- the ear bud that sit in the left ear are pulled down by the weight of the white box to press the buttons.I had to strap that particular part under my bra strap to ensure it sits tight and does not pull my earbud out when I move- poorly designed, as this should definitely not happen and be made for moving around.
