I have had this item since July 2024 which was refurbished in excellent condition . In the last week a black spot appeared on the right hand of the screen and today a lit up line has appeared on the same side and since this has happened I can no longer use this phone .

The seller claims to provide a one-year warranty, but when we tried to claim it on a Galaxy Flip4 phone after the screen became unstuck, they claimed that a small scratch on the back—that had nothing to do with the screen—made the warranty invalid.
