Solar Panel Cleaner Solar Sheen Max - Ultra Concentrated Glass & Solar Panel Cleaning, Remove Oils, Fingerprints & Water Spots - 1 Gallon

I've had my panels for several years and never cleaned them, they were looking pretty dirty and my production was still good. I tried this product after reading various reviews on here and on other sites. With a good brush or cleaning pad, garden sprayer and a hose the result were amazing the panels looked cleaner and I gained at least .5-1 kw of production back to my array. I will be using this every year now once the heavy spring pollen subsides.

My husband used this product with distilled water. It worked really great. Our solar panels needed to be cleaned badly. This had them working good as new. The product seems to help keep them cleaner longer aswell. Definitely worth doing yourself and not paying our solar company $400 to clean them for us.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stuff works. First off, I am a manufacturing engineering so I have some background in with the best processes used to clean.From a visual perspective, my panels looked a little dusty but nothing you would consider dramatic. Also to note, I have cleaned them before, and we have had decent amount of rain so I was not expecting much of change.That said, this time of year, even after trimming some of the taller birds of paradise so the sun hits earlier in the morning, just now, 3-10-24 @ 2:45 PST, checking, the system was producing ~ 2.1 KW. Peak output in the summer, with the sun directly overhead is 4.2KW. Our bill had gone but we added a guest house, electric car charging, more stay at home work, so I figured that was most of but per below obviously not the only reason.After applying this from a bucket on the rinse setting with a battery operated pressure washer and letting it set, then coming back and rinsing off with the pressure washer changed to the turbo setting since I already had it on the roof, (I normally use a a pole brush with a hose attached), output now up to 3.7KW. Needless to say I was stunned.One thing to note, this product will not remove the pollen we have here in So Cal simply by apply and rinse, you will need to scrub it off but with this it takes very little effort. I have 24 panels and perhaps 3 ounces so ~ 10 cleanings but I could see more if you are starting with cleaner panels.

I've had my solar panels for about 5 years now and never thought about having to clean them. So you can imagine what they looked like when I got on my roof to clean them. Years of pollen and dust just caked on there. Luckily, Solar Sheen worked to perfection and made the job easy. They are so clean now that I'd be willing to eat off of them! I even decided to clean my reading glasses with it and now I feel like I am reading in high definition! 10/10. I recommend to anyone with solar panels or if you have any glass or plastic with some pesky dirt that you need to remove.

I'm 77 years old and not physically capable of climbing up on the roof. I used the product as directed, but I still had to scrub my solar panels. The spray and rinse only removed the top layer of loose dust. I had to respray, scrub and rinse. Even so, there's a thin brown layer of baked on dust on the panels. I achieved the same level of dust removal with Windex Window Cleaner on the previous cleaning.

I got this product in search of a good and cheap glass cleaner. We don't have solar panels, but this is a great glass cleaner and I can certainly see how it would work great for solar applications. The dilution rate of this makes it a great product at an even better price. The water just beads right off of the windows like a freshly waxed car. It is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Since it's a concentrate very little is needed. And because of this it will last for a long time. This was my first attempt at cleaning my solar panels and I am so glad I got thus cleaner. Wet the panels down, brush cleaner on the panels, and then rinse panels with water and the panels dried crystal clear! I'll definitely be cleaning the panels more often .
