I have had these batteries for several months and they work as advertised.

There is no customer service, the battery after little use, already has considerable damage, which makes it unreliable for use.They don't respond to emails, they are not responsible

Received battery overnight AM , great job on quick delivery, however the battery is DOA . No lights ,will not charge . After looking at the battery I received an original DJI battery , not an aftermarket battery. There also was a different sticker on the back of the box and you could tell the box has been opened before . I believe someone bought this battery before me and swapped it with their dead battery and it was restocked to inventory. I can’t fault the seller , this is Amazons mistake . So my quick over night shipping turned into a 4 day delivery and me wasting an hour of my time hanging to return it . Again , not the sellers fault , all fault is on Amazon. Things happen beyond our control and there are people that take advantage of the system just to save a few bucks , karma will find them . Battery seems fine , powered up the aircraft while reprogramming and calibration. Will test flight today , and if all goes well I will definitely buy more . I am attaching pictures so Amazon can track the returned item they sent me and locate who did the swap

You get what you pay for. Got a few flights out of each but within 6months they spent. Won’t even take a charge.I still have original batteries. Lots of hrs on them and they going strong.These knock offs don’t last long. My advice-spend the extra money and buy sponsored products.

Battery works for the most part but has weird problems. Like it will randomly start the drone on its own. Seriously. It’s done it twice.Also when charging the green light never goes off.These problems aren’t deal breakers. But it makes me a little nervous. If the battery dies the drone will fall like a stone. So I’d feel more comfortable trusting it if it didn’t have these weird issues.

I was a bit nervous getting a 3rd party battery for my drone since in my experience it’s like a 50/50 chance that it will actually work correctly. But I e been using this battery for a few weeks now and I haven’t had any issues! It works exactly the same as the factory one and I have not noticed and significant difference in battery life either. So far so good!

When it arrived, I full charged it and went to fly. The first time I used it, my drone got a few feet off the ground and shutdown, dropping the drone hard. Fortunately the drone was ok, but now, the battery just flashes all four leds, and won't charge or anything. I'm just glad it didn't happen at 200'.
