The jury is still out.
I have been using this product for a week and really can't claim success. It may help somewhat, but there is no definite improvement.

Not sure it works
It is too early to determine if it is effective.I took it twice but I did not fall asleep any more quickly.I will give it more time.I ordered another supply and tried to return it.It was not returnable.Take your initial supply before reordering
