Awful product
I’ve tried to persevere with this mouth guard for 2 weeks and what a waste of £25! Can’t believe it’s been endorsed by a dentist tbh it’s so hard and feels sharp on the roof of my mouth leaving it inflamed because the edges are rough, the inside of my top lip has little blisters where the front of the guard where the little holes are has been rubbing. Every morning my teeth ache like they’ve been in braces and forced to realign or something. Don’t waste your money with this product, I feel I should be able to return for a full refund it’s that bad.

Comfortable once moulded correctly
I clench my teeth at night and the dentist wanted to charge me £225 for a custom night guard so thought I'd try some mouIdable ones first. I tried a pack of the cheaper mouldable guards that already have some shape but found them uncomfortably thick as I have a small mouth. This one is a much more comfortable thickness. I found this guard easier to mould, it still took a few attempts but once you get the hang of it, easy to rewarm and remould. I would recommend watching the video on how to mould and have some patience and use a mirror. Also, it does shrink when it cools so I would say mould looser than you think. I eventually discovered that moulding it to wear on my bottom teeth was the most comfortable for me (although tricker to mould than the top). So far it's doing its job and I've bought a second one for when this wears out.

Not so good for large molars
I was agonising about which gum shield to buy and decided to go for the pricey SOVA gum shield. After 3 attempts of fitting I have to finally give up. the width of the shield around the molars is far too narrow to wrap itself round. I have large molars and hence I wanted a shield to stop me grinding my teeth at night. The gum shield moulds well on the front but doesn't sit at all well at the molars. Otherwise it looks like a good product.Seller responded very quickly and efficiently and offered me a different product instead or a refund.

First home made guard that worked
This product is great. I was worried as you only get one gaurd. I didn't follow the instructions but instead filled a cup with just boiled water. I left this for 5 minutes too cool. Popped in the gaurd. It goes transparent as it warms so I lifted it before it was totally transparent and moulded to my bottom teeth. I repeated this 3 times. I have the perfect fitted gaurd. Great product very happy but I did break the rules. As a suggestion do not over heat the product be patient and it will work.

This is NOT the aero!
Bought this based on product description which was for the aero, mentioning 1.6mm thickness etc . Turns out this is NOT the aero at all but the thicker (and uncomfortable!) version. False advertising. Very unhappy 🙁

Gappy teeth - Give it a miss
If you have big gaps in your teeth then give this a miss. I've remoulded and remoulded this but it doesn't get any better. Once it fully cools it shrinks enough that it just pulls on your teeth. I woke up after the first night in more pain from my teeth being dragged around my mouth than I was getting form grinding my teeth! I've tried moulding it right before I go to bed to see if that helps but with no joy. The concept is good and it is really thin and discreet, but I couldn't get a good fit that didn't have me waking up in the middle of the night feeling like my teeth were being pulled sideways!
