I love Dansko shoes as they really provide great arch support. The Dansko Brook Ankle Bootie was true to sizing. I'm typically a 7.0-7.5M but in Dansko wear a 6.5-7 and they have just the right amount of room in width and length for me. I liked the fit that they were not too wide of a bootie for me too as I have a narrow heel/ankle. I purchased the taupe with, which is as pictured. The trim detail at the tip and heel of the boot is more brown; however I think it's a nice accent. I also like the straps around the ankle. They do not work to make the width narrower at the ankle but they do give it a great look.

I really struggle to find American brand shoes that fit. Sometimes I’m a 10, 10.5, 10w, or 11. It’s a total crap shoot. Dansko size 41 fit my wide feet perfectly! I would buy every style if I could afford them, I but these are especially comfy with the memory foam. Love them. If your foot is not of the narrow side or shorter side of 10, you might want to size down to the 40.

Wow I was not expecting to loooove this boot. When I saw it I liked it but it’s so beautiful and super comfortable. Runs a tad big but that’s good for me because I can wear a chunky sock with some leggings and a thigh length cut sweater and rock it! Just one of many ways to style these. You will not regret this purchase girls!!!!

I love Dansko clogs, however have a hard time wearing their slip on clogs, my foot tends to slide around in them. So I thought I would try these boots and they are soooo comfortable and my foot does not slide around. I am typically a size 9, and these are the 8.5/9 M US. They are very expensive, however worth the money in my book to be able to wear them all day and not feeling like I have to rip them off my foot as soon as I get thru the door. I purchased the taupe color and I am pleasantly surprised with how well that color goes with my outfits. I hope Dansko will come out with more colors choices ;-)

Took a chance on these higher price shoes as I have other Danskos that I love. But they didn’t work for me. Somehow they were too narrow in the foot and hurt after wearing them for a short time around the house.Was happy that Dansko took them back with just a minor charge.

Have been debating to purchase these (brown) for a long time. Didn’t want to spend for high price. It is so worth it. Look is great. But even better, comfort is superb!

just a great basic black bootie and the fit and comfort level is awesome.
