Add-ons needed
The set up was easy, but if you've never dealt with dual monitor setup, good luck understanding why only one monitor is working.I was trying to connect 2 laptops to 2 - 27" monitors, no USB needed, but nice to have. I already have a multi-device keyboard and 2 mice that do that wirelessly.Had everything plugged in when 1 monitor would not light up no matter what I tried. I played with different connections (PG-13 version of Twister and NC-17 language thrown in), along with some internet Inspector Clouseau style of sleuthing, and found out that both HDMI outputs are needed for PC 1, 2, & 3. Meaning I'm out one each.In essence, if my laptops have 1 HDMI and 2 USB-Cs, I needed to buy a USB-C to Dual HDMI adapter to plug into both HDMI ports for PC1 and PC2, not including those already connected to both monitors. However, just to confirm, and no hurt my wallet too much for nuthin', I tried it with regular HDMI hook up and a USB-C to HDMI adapter I had lying around into the KVM HDMI ports for PC1...well, it worked.Result, if you want to switch from 2 monitors between 2 computers, or 3 computers, with only 1 HDMI for each...you will need an adapter to both HDMI ports in the KVM. Depending on whether you have an extra USB-C or perhaps DP.Other than that hiccup, I kept it and will pick up my orders of Insignia USB-C to Dual HDMI.

Will not work with HDMI only Monitor using a DP to HDMI converter.
UPDATE: I found the DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 adapter that worked, the description is below.A bit spendy, but cheaper than a pair of new 27" monitors!Very happy. Persistence pays off!!Cable Matters 8K DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 Adapter with 4K 120Hz / 8K 60Hz, 48 Gbps Unidirectional DisplayPort to HDMI 2.1 Cable Adapter in Black, Support for RTX 3080/3090, RX 6800/6900 and MoreI tried to connect this KVM up to 3 HDMI only Monitors. No luck. Ordered two DP to HDMI cables, no bueno. Ordered a high end DP to HDMI adapter, no bueno. In all my years of being an IT Person, I have never met with defeat.I had to use some smaller DP Monitors to get things to work.If you are the Vendor and you are reading this, know that I am happy with the KVM, just would love for it to work with my large HDMI monitors. Thanks

Returned. Dangerous to plug into your graphics card. Ghost company no product and no EDID support.
I returned the unit. There are so many things wrong with this product so I will only cover the important things.I would have contacted the company but the website printed at the bottom of their product leads to an "Under Construction" site. Documentation was essentially the help screen on how to set up Windows in a multimonitor configuration. Completely useless.A KVM switch is supposed to maintain connectivity with the host computer so that when one switches to another system, the original host will behave as if the original monitor, keyboard, and mouse are still connected. Then, when you switch back, the connection is restored and the location of the windows remains intact. That is NOT the case with this product. It fails to maintain the EDID connection, and when you reconnect, the switch resets the connection as if you are plugging in the monitor. In my testing, this caused my systems to crash, indicating that something very bad electrically is going on.(see Photos) In addition, the USB cables they designed with are non standard type A to type A. This is dangerous because it allows for cables carrying voltage to be connected if one loses the supply cable and attempts to use a third part cable. there are a number of these style cable in the market and most of the time, they are used to supply power, not data.

Works great for my use case
I have my personal desktop, a MacBook pro soon to be replaced by something that supports multiple monitors, and an odd collection of raspberry pi devices. This device makes it super easy to switch between the three of them. Once I upgrade my laptop, it will get even better when I can have all three monitors that I use switch between the various computers.

Works with my 2 Macs but not with my PC.
I had the 2 systems to 2 HDMI Monitors version that worked fine with my PC and Mac. I ended up having to get a 2nd Mac for work and wanted to minimize desk clutter by continuing to only use 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, and my dual monitors. So I went with this 3 systems to 2 HDMI Monitor version. Same company I bought the 2 to 2 unit from. When I hooked everything up my 2 Macs worked fine. I could switch between with with no problems and even setup the screens arrangements and 144htz for my 2k monitors. But when I powered on my PC, I got a blank screen with a single white dash in the corner. Checked all of my hardware and rebooted the PC. Still got stuck on a steady red LED on the mobo next to "VGA". Looked it up and it said that the system may be trying to boot off of a USB dongle rather than the HDD or SSD with the operating system. So I disconnected the PC from the KVM and direct connected my Monitor, keyboard, mouse. PC booted up fine. SO I then changed the bios to remove all options except for the SSD that had my OS installed (Windows 11). Then rebooted. Same problem. Tried changing out the USB cable due to other online reviews about the USB cables not being shielded. Same problem. Not sure why the 3KVM switch doesn't work with my PC but the 2KVM from the same company works fine. I tried switching all 3 systems between all 3 sections and the problem only follows the PC connection. Makes me wonder if there is some spyware or some boot injection stuff that this new KVM is trying to install on boot that is jacking up my PC boot but my system has security that stops it from performing the injection. Going to return the switch and look for a different company since I can't find any help section on the company's website.
