Items look returned
This was such a disappointment when I received this product. Firstly, the box inside the Amazon box that contained the items was previously cut open (the tape was cut!). Secondly, the gift card enclosed was all bent out of shape. Thirdly, the blanket was sooooooo extremely wrinkly and finally the teddy bear’s eyes were not lined up. This is all unacceptable to give to a loved one or to anyone!! Item returned probably now for at least the 2nd time.

No nose
My niece loves her bear, I'm upset that the nose came off right away, her mother tried to screw it back on but couldn't. My niece didn't want me to return it
