A little harder (less cushiony) than expected, but we're using this one more than our softer infant pillow because this one stays in place. The bamboo case is nice to have, too - makes washing easy. Have used for 2 weeks. No difference in our baby's head shape, but he seems to sleep more comfortably.

The mod,king is perfect for a baby or toddlers head. Very comfy but my toddler tends to just throw it around in his crib haha
