The packaging is fantastic. The back story of the company is interesting! Made and designed in Holland. The look and style are there! What was interesting, is in a matter of minutes of trying them on, the rear right heal failed.I feed the heal was not glued or fastened on properly, as one end came completely off. Is this an inferior product, regarding the workmanship and quality? Typically with shoes, you get what you pay for, and I'm not sure if my defected heal was a one-off, or if it's consistent. Normal everyday wear will disclose its quality in the long run.Amazon sent me a replacement the very next day! Other than than, this is a good shoe, fit and size is perfect. We'll see how long they last!

I would like to request a return on this item. Second time I purchase them and they ripped after a week. I know the return window closed but due to this being the second pair I purchase. It’s obvious the item is not very durable in material. Please advice.

I really like the look & feel of these shoes. They look really nice and the inside fit is comfortable. The only thing that bothered me is that the opening around the ankle is very stiff and almost sharp. When bending your ankle, it feels like it cuts into you. I wish it had a bit more padding or a better beveled edge that the shoe opening. It is fine for sitting at the office but not something I would really enjoy moving around a lot in and that is unfortunate.
