Good level of support, I bought this because of an MCL injury so the side support is more important to me. Comfortable and the knee cap is nicely padded. However- I marked this down a star because the top rolls over and becomes quite painful, despite correctly measuring as instructed this is a big problem. The silicone band is very narrow, I feel had it been wider it may not have rolled? Who knows? I suggest the seller look in to this and refer to the manufacturer for improvement. Really though for less than £10 its pretty good, if annoying.

I had a serious knee injury when I was 16. Two cartilage operations at age 21 and 44. Was getting on okay until June 2023 when I had a bad fall and broke my ankle, and twisted my knee. The hospital said I was too old for knee surgery (age 86) and would need to use a crutch for support. Okay, I still need a single elbow crutch when out walking, as the knee can suddenly give way, making me stumble. But this support has helped a lot. It is so comfortable that about a week after first wearing it, I looked for it in the morning, and realised I hadn't taken it off before going to bed! It certainly works for me. I pull it well up, so the top of the padded ring for the knee sits slightly above the knee cap. That way, it stays in place all day.

It is too small, I would like to try a larger size. It looks ;like a good product but need and XL. not an L.
