Works as advertised replacing a lost remote for an old Panasonic Sound System. Also used it for the TV the sound system is supporting. As others have said, you must hit the TV button to control TV. If you want to control in my case the sound system, I have to hit the Audio button to switch the remote over. For me this is is a big deal. Was very easy to set up!

I purchased this because the Samsung remote that came with the TV I purchased recently is just awful--very laggy delays when buttons are pushed, small buttons, difficult to find certain features, etc. This universal remote had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I have no complaints so far. The responsiveness when I push the buttons is 100 times better than the remote that came with the television--no delay and no need to push a button multiple times like I have to do with the original remote. The buttons are a "normal" size so it's easy to find things, and the features are easier to find as well. This is the first day I'm using it, but I hope it continues to work as well as it works now.

The remote was packaged nicely & was high quality. It had a nice weight & feel, not flimsy at all. The buttons were also easy to read. I had purchased it to replace a lost Hisense sounbar controller. Unfortunately it did not work on that device so I returned it. But it did pair well with 2 Vizio TVs & I may purchase this remote again to use with the TVs instead.

Easy to set up works great I love it

Don't waste your time or money on this. We have a new Toshiba smart TV that needed a replacement remote. I assumed a cheap replacement like this would be fine. Unfortunately, I was wrong.Out of the entire booklet of codes for Toshiba TV's, only two codes partially worked. By partially, I mean volume, on off, direction pad, enter and occasionally the stop button would function as a back button. Nothing else worked. To make matters worse, a month into having the remote and there's a considerable lag between pressing a button and it registering to the TV.You'd have to press one button, wait 5-7 seconds, press another and repeat. Back to back presses became completely useless. Rewinding, fast forwarding and even going back was nearly impossible. Two months in and everything on the remote stopped working. Didn't matter if you changed the batteries or input the code 100 more times. Couldn't even get the remote to simply turn the TV on/off.Don't make the same mistake and buy this garbage remote.

Worked as needed.

I have an older Olivia TV that needed a new remote. This worked perfectly so far. Setup was easy with the included instructions and codes for a very large number of TV brands. Good price as well. It does not include the 2 AAA batteries required however (which would of been a nice addition)

It worked for my vision sound bar and Sony DVD player but didn't work for my Westinghouse TV. Unsure if it's my TV or the remote. I bought it mainly for my TV. That's why I can't give it full stars. None of the Westinghouse codes worked. It'd be perfect if it can work with my Westinghouse TV.
