A little thin and very strong smell, but seems to work
No surprise that there are fumes involved here. When sealing a leak in my basement foundation, it took a few days to get the smell (like fresh paint/terpentine) dissipated. Wear a mask. The clear spray goes on thin and requires several coats, but seems to do the job. Go with the black if you can stand that color as it will be easier to judge how much has been dispensed.
