I love my light

The remote control doesn't work
I received the light quickly, and paid to have an electrician install it. It does look beautiful once installed, however the light doesn't respond to the remote control. I'm disabled and need a remote control light, as I can't get up and down easily. I can't return it now that it's installed, and it's very very difficult to contact the seller or Amazon. It was an expensive light and should work as advertised. I'm very disappointed. I hope Amazon can see this review and contact me to help resolve my problem. I cannot recommend this light to anyone based upon my purchase. I'm gutted.

Remote doesn’t work
No manual, can’t seem to contact seller, remote changes warmness of light but doesn’t turn on and off

Does not change colour
I was very disappointed to find that this chandelier did not change colour as per description. I wanted to change the light from white light to warm and it does not change a bit. I tried via the control and still not change. I’m very disappointed with this fraudulent company.

The media could not be loaded. I hate I didn't buy the bigger one but everyone says this one fits my hallway. Gives off a cool clear led bright light ,reflects beautiful off the ceiling u don't have to worry about changing any bulbs. It's a bit tedious putting on the crystals . Worth the price.

Fairly easy to install the power and mount it but took 2 hours to hang the 40 crystal legs.there has to be a better way besides keychain circles. I almost gave up and returned it
