Green Clear are a Premium Brand UV Bulb, Not to be Confused with many cheaper versions on the market! UV lamps used for sterilisation purposes should be replaced every 6 months ( approx 4000 hours) Lamps used for clarification of ponds can be replaced every 12 months ( approx 8000 hours) When changing UV lamp we recommend that Quartz Sleeve is cleaned at same time. These Replacement UV bulbs are not for aquarium use. Pond clarifiers only. (please be aware not to look at any UV bulbs with the naked eye)

I bought 2 of these UV Bulbs & i went ...
I bought 2 of these UV Bulbs & i went to fit them in my Hoselock Cyprio Triple Filter with one of your 6W T5 green clear lamp i bought via Amazon in january this year,However there is a problem with the lamps the metal part (Filement connections) is flared out where it joins the glass 2 CM up from the terminals & will not go throught the glass within the UV Fitting.This appears to be a design problem the original UV lamp does not have this flared section but is the same size as the lamp..

Dont buy if its for hozelock filter it will break the glass tube it has to slide into i broke my glass and am now waiting for new glass so fish have no filter f---ing great !!!!
