I know its a early review but most issues were arriving issues. They must have repackage these. Packed in molded foam and shipped by FedEx. Arrive in perfect condition not even a ding. Assembly was very easy. Grill is mostly stainless and heavy steel too! Had a blizzard and getting another. So will definitely update review. Electronics look very solid too! Beautiful grill i can't wait to try er. Pricey but so far worth it!! Chat about it soon!Now ive cooked my first smoke on the patio 410! Not sure if things were fixed etc. Came packed in foam without a scratch. Cooked thys my first cook. Went out 5 times and no temp veryation at all. Stayed at 225. Provided perfect amount of smoke too. Rub with olive oil. Season half with special shit and half with meat church honey hog. Both were absolutely delicious. One bite of each and i had to dry off below lol. Well well worth the money so far.stainless steel build like a tank. Recommend adding to cart and buy now! JUST READ THE WHOLE MANUAL FIRST! RESIST TO OPEN IT UP CONTINUOUSLY!! No i don't work fer this company. Happy smokein, grillin!!!

We love our new grill. We have used it several times and it is awesome.

After almost 10 years of pellet grilling with other brands, I finally know what “real” pellet grill cooking is all about.I’m not sure how just changing grills can enhance the flavor this much but I’m blown away. I even used the same pellets that I’ve always used but this thing somehow squeezes that smoke flavor better than anything I’ve ever used.When I added the sear kit, I really elevated the game.I’ve already cooked a plethora of foods and they were all amazing. Fresh cobia, fresh shrimp, steaks, chicken, pork chops vegetables, and even smoked cream cheese (yum).With the added app and YouTube channel that ReqTec has, it’s the number one company that I see in the pellet grill world doing it right. The ideas they provide are endless and they walk you through everything step by step.To be honest, it makes you feel like you are part of some sort of movement and family in how they go about their business.So if you are wondering if it’s worth it, just go ahead and buy it.

There is a YouTube video showing assembly. I highly recommend viewing prior to assembling. I put it together in less than 2 hours after watching this video and it's solid. Oh yeah, there was adult beverages involved while assembling. So I know it's good. I'm currently seasoning the grill before my first cook in a couple days.

What a wonderful product. Just the right size for two people. It's an education putting items in and then not going back until they are done. Remote app works great with recipes and controls that allow you to monitor the cooking status of your food. Picture are of my first cook with was chicken thighs. Smoker holds temp within 5 degrees of your set point. Excellent customer support even down to having chef's on staff who can answer any questions about recipes and cooking. Absolute joy to use.

Very sturdy heavy duty solid stainless steel grill. The standard has been elevated with recteq. I don’t believe any other manufacturer puts thicker heavier metal in the grill this is made to last a lifetime.

Temperature settings. Like hard to find how to use if you aren’t computer savvy

So far it’s a some star and I would leave a negative if that was an option!!! No instructions are included in this thing I have a bachelor’s in Science and this thing is extremely difficult to put together.
