This is such a beautiful, minimalist and inspiring oracle deck! Just what I was looking for, and I looked far and wide for this minimalist-style. Thank you to Katherine Furman (Author) and Laia Albaladejo (Illustrator) for your outstanding work! I am using the cards for tarot readings. Please note that there is also a booklet included, showing a few tarot-card layouts and how to interpret the cards.

I’m a “cozy mystery” writer, and I loved the idea of this deck as soon as I saw it. When I received the deck, I was a little disappointed at how broad the hints on the cards are. I was hoping for something a little bit more specific, so that if I was stuck on a story, I could draw a card that would say “another murder happens” or something. But I realize now that that would be too limiting and you could never fit all possible scenarios on the cards.I think I can work with this deck. I tried a sample spread for the “Story Oracle Arc” (see photos) and it looks very helpful. I can see myself inventing a lot of spreads for developing characters, planning out scenes, etc.The guidebook is very helpful. It lists the cards in alphabetical order so they are easy to find. For each card, it gives ideas for upright and reversed (card upside down) meanings. I realized that if I pull a card for a point where I need something bad to happen and I get a good card, I can use the reversed meaning, which will be the opposite or bad meaning.So I think this is a great tool for writers. I plan to use it while writing my next novel.

Cards are on the thiner side, but otherwise everything is great. I haven't used much.

I was on the fence about this deck but, after reading the comments and seeing a few of the cards on here, I knew it would be a great addition to my collection. As another buyer states, it's great to set the tone of the reading or adds an additional layer to your reading. I'm very happy with my purchase.
