Q: How much padding is there?

I would say maybe a little better than medium. It will keep its form even when not wearing it, but I'm sure there are stiffer ones out there. To me this one is just right without being too much. I love it.

Q: For those that kept the bra but found the boning on the side uncomfortable. did the bra hold up ok after you cut it out? its driving me nuts!

They lie about the wire free! i cut the wires out of it after having a painful day at work. But there is a lump in the seam just below the wire so the bra still hurts even when you cut the wire out.

Q: Where is the color latte in this bra -- on the straps, the lace? thanks!
