Contents are excellent, Print and Paper quality very bad
Paper and print quality are very bad, not easily readable. Contents are excellent and described in easy words. Easy to implement

Great content. Extremely poor paper
Newsprint paper, dark pages with light ink. Content unreadable. Pirated books have 10 times better paper quality. Returned it immediately

Reference book
Decent read with bifurcation around understanding and improving self and teams. More of a reference book to be used. 50 models explained in simple language

A worthy overview
This book does a great job at giving an overview for the different mental models with examples and when to use them.Neatly organized it is great tool for every professional or consultant to look into every now and then.

Disappointing
This book was nominated by a member of the Fabulous Networking book club for our read in September 2024. Sadly the group agreed with my personal conclusion... the book is disappointing. We couldn't work out what it's purpose was other than as a compendium of decision making tools. It failed in that as there were a number of tools missing. We would have like the authors to suggest where a tool might be useful and to give guidance how to use it. There were one or two tools that were covered more comprehensively than others. This showed up a bit of inconsistency in the structure of the book.
