I have had plantar fasciitis for several years now. The shoe inserts I bought from the podiatrist helped somewhat, but I spend so much time barefoot at home that my feet would be awful by the time I went to bed. The pain reached a debilitating level and I knew something had to change.I bought these about a month ago in an act of desperation. I was skeptical at first; however, let me tell you, my feet haven’t been this painless in years. YEARS. They provide the constant support my poor arches have been begging for, along with compression to reduce swelling. I wear these around the house, when going out (they fit great in shoes), and when I’m asleep. I take them off only to bathe, and I can tell immediately that my feet start to hurt when they are off. I have not attempted to wash these, but they do not seem to hold odor (another huge plus).I want to thank the makers of this awesome product, and recommend all people with plantar fasciitis give them a try. The pros: outstanding comfort, support, and value for money.Update: after several months of consistent wear, I stand by my initial review. These are awesome. My feet are remarkably improved to the point of recovery. I fully attribute the healing of my feet to these supports.

The arch bands are fine and feel good but the black heel sleeves must have been made for a toddler as they were tiny !

I really wanted this to work. I suffer from crippling calf cramps that are triggered when my foot flexes forward at night while sleeping or turning in bed. The only way to stop it Before it tears my calf to shreds is to hook my other foot behind my big toe and hold it in an upright position as best as I can until the spasm releases. I thought this brace might help hold the position I needed all night. I received it and immediately saw there is no stretching at all of the foot with the brace. It's like putting a sock on. So I bent it gently into more of an angle to hold my toes more upright. Night #1 was AMAZING. Not one cramp and I slept like a baby. Night #2 - 1 cramp after several hours due to brace stretching. Night #3 - even with it super tight, it still stretched too much and I had 3 that night. Night #4 - still some break thru cramps. But the worst part? The brace had been stretching so much while sleeping that I had to do it really tight on the 4th night and ended up squeezing my bunion to the point it is red & swollen and hurts to walk. As I said, I wanted it to work but it was a waste of money. 1 star because it stretches too much and the angle is poor, providing no stretch or flex. I have a hard time believing it would actually help plantar fasciitis if the positioning is no different than a sock.

I have had plantar fasciitis for many years and was reluctant to use a nighttime splint because of the bulkiness. I recently had a flair up in which I could barely walk. I went to the doctor and she stressed a night time splint. I choose this product because it looked comfortable. Two days after I placed my order, I received emailed from Medized with a Production Information Guide PDF attached. This guide contains good information about the condition and how to prevent pain along with pictures of how to use the product. I liked this because I saved them to my desk top and can't loose it and it's easily accessible if needed. I received the splint earlier than expect in excellent condition. I have been wearing every night and it is helping. I have less pain in the morning when I first get up. I also found in general my pain has lessen. I will continue to use this because it is comfortable and not bulky. There is a stabilizing bar which goes along your shin. This bar is sturdy but flexible. You can adjust the angle for your comfort. The product is well made. The Velcro is a excellent quality that I believe I will get many years of wear. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have been thoroughly impressed with these supports and heel compressions. I was beginning to experience what was likely Plantar Fasciitis, constant pain in my heels and feelings of stretched/sprained muscles and tendons in the arches of my feet. I'm giving these only four stars due to their size. I wouldn't recommend these for men, based on the small size of the arch supports and the compression wraps. I generally wear a size 7.5 to 8 shoe in women's and I have narrow feet.These have done a great deal in eliminating the pain I was experiencing with my feet. I work in retail and I am always on my feet on hard concrete floors. Even with good shoes, I was experiencing pain and these have definitely helped. So much so that a family member in the medical field asked what I was using so they could offer it as a suggestion to patients to try.I would recommend using the arch supports under socks and the heel wraps over socks. The stitching on the compression wraps really rubbed my skin raw, but once I made that change, they have been a wonderful addition to my working life!

Sadly this item is extremely small. I was able to get it over my heel but it was too tight to keep it on. I suggest you search for something better.

J’arrivais plus à poser le pied par terre! Chaque matin est un calvaire pour moi pour marcher!! Jai une aponévrose plantaire + épine au talon dans les 2pieds et je fait Kinne 2x par semaine mais j’arrive plus à soulager. Ce produit m’a soulagé instantanément! Je vais sûrement faire un stock chez moi! Très très bon produit

Six months ago I developed a condition called plantar faciitis. An inflammation in the ligament-like structure in my right foot called the plantar fascia, making it agonisingly painful to walk.I tried massage, ice packs, electronic pulse devices and more: nothing helped.As a last hope i saw these clever little foot sleeves, with silicone supports for your arch (the plantar fascia runs from your heel to your toes). After one week's use the intense pain was gone. After two weeks of continuous use nothing at all remained of the pain and I can walk again without any trouble. I'll keep wearing the sleeve until everything's healed completely.I cannot recommend these sleeves more. If you have similar problems, don't hesitate, order them now. Sensational value for a bargain price.
